I recently purchased my first home using Joseph Ayatta from Hunt Real Estate as my realtor.

Being my first house, the whole process was new to me, and in an uncertain time for housing it was nice to have someone who understood that and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the whole process.

It was “good luck” to have someone who passed on the knowledge he acquired from his own experiences and the expertise of his peers to help me get both the deal I wanted and a house I can be proud of.

To keep it short and sweet, I would highly recommend Joseph Ayatta to anyone looking to buy a home here in the Phoenix area.

When I decided to purchase my first home the person I called was Mr. Ayatta. From the very intelligent questions he asked, Joseph quickly figured out exactly the kind of residence I was looking to buy--in terms of price range, location, style, neighborhood, and so on.  
Joseph quickly began to send me email detailed listings, including photos, of every residence that became available, updating those listings daily and we were in correspondence just about every day. When I finally decided on an area, Joseph had prepared detailed road maps with numbered legends keyed to the particular listings current at that moment.  Then he drove with me around for several weeks until I found a place that suited my family and me perfectly, in a very pleasant neighborhood, more spacious than my current rental house, and priced very well. From there, Joseph handled everything else expertly, from finding a lender to arranging for an inspection of the property to selecting a title company.  When snags arose-as they inevitably do in real estate—Joseph was always on the spot to smooth things out and make sure everyone did their job.  On the happy day I took possession of my new home, Joseph made an appreciated gesture of calling me to give his heart felt congratulations. 

Joseph is in every way my definition of a true professional: knowledgeable, responsive to his clients’ needs, diligent, courteous, committed and able to get things done.

I must also say that Joseph is a very amiable person.  He is genuinely warm and friendly,
with a great sense of humor, fine intelligence, and very personable demeanor.

For all these reasons, I recommend to you as a realtor Mr. Joseph Ayatta in the strongest
